BANANA NUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE    

Add to your blender, 1/2 cup Yoghurt, 1/2 cup milk of choice, 1 tbsp nut butter, 1 frozen banana, a handful of ice, 1 tsp honey and date syrup. Blend.

CREAMY GREEN SMOOTHIE        

Add to your blender, handful baby spinach, 1 frozen banana or 1 frozen avocado, 2 tbsp Chia seeds, 2 tbsp nut butter, 1 cup milk of choice, 1 pitted medjool date, 1/2 tsp ground cinamon, 1 tsp wheatgrass powder.  Handful of ice optional.  Blend.
