  1. Underband Riding Up At The Back

Cause: Bra band size is too big or the bra is too old and has lost its elasticity.

Solution: Go down in band size or replace your bra if it’s older than a year.

  2. Straps Digging Into Shoulders

Cause: Shoulder straps are too tight, no cup support and heavy indents on shoulders.

Solution: A bra that’s a good fit sits correctly in the cup and around the band. The straps should just hold the cups, not pull it.

  3. Spillage

Cause: Cup capacity is too small. Or style is a plunge and not suited to breast shape.

Solution: Go up in cup size. Also try a different style that suits your shape.

  4. Baggy Cups

Cause: Cups are too big for the breast size.

Solution: Go down in cup size and check fit of bra band. If only the top of the cup is baggy, it may be too high for the shape of your breasts. Some women are flatter at the top of their breasts.

  5. Different Cup Sizes

Cause: Most women have one breast bigger than the other – it’s just more pronounced in some women.

Solution: Always fit your bra to the bigger breast. Select bra cups with stretch fabric to compensate for this. If you have smaller breasts, you can wear a push up bra with removable pads.
