This Thai-inspired chicken satay traybake is fantastic
Here’s a great tray bake recipe to add to your ‘weeknight wonder’ list – easy Thai satay chicken with noodles. It’s really quite ridiculously delicious.
Thai-inspired chicken satay traybake

Ingredients:
- 1 x 40 g sachet Woolworths Satay Marinade Powder
- 1 x 400 ml can Woolworths Coconut Milk
- 1 t brown sugar
- 1 t rice wine vinegar
For the satay:
- 8 Woolworths Free Range Chicken Portions
- 1 x 200 g pack Woolworths Ramen Noodles, cooked to package instructions
- Roasted peanuts, for serving
- Sliced red onions, for serving
- Freshly sliced chilli, for serving
- Fresh coriander, for serving
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Whisk the sauce ingredients. Place the chicken in a deep roasting pan and pour over the sauce. If you have time, marinate for 30 minutes. Roast for 40–50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
- Serve with noodles, peanuts, red onions, chilli and coriander.
