Mind-blowing baby marrow chips with smoked chilli salt
In the mood for a snack – but not something that will send your sugar crashing? Try these easy baby marrow chips. They’re quick, they’re delicious, and the smoked chilli salt really adds some zing.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups canola oil
- 2-3 baby marrows, thinly sliced
- Maldon salt, to taste
- Smoked chilli flakes, a pinch
Method:
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry the baby marrow for 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
- Sprinkle with the salt and chilli flakes.
- Serve immediately.
