Your fish braai, sorted
Get your friends and family together for a delicious fish braai and lots of yummy roasted veg on the side. It’s so quick and easy, you’ll be feast-ready in no time.
Hake parcels with squashed tomatoes:
Arrange a fillet of fish for each guest on baking paper. Top with 50 g exotic tomatoes, 1 clove garlic, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, fresh basil and 2 teaspoons olive oil. Season, then fold the edges of the paper. Wrap in foil (shiny side in) and braai on a grid over medium to low coals for 10–15 minutes until the fish is tender but still firm.
