If you want to create your own carb-clever meals:
1. Carb-clever cauli-wrap skillet pizza
Instead of using a pizza base, toast a WW Carb CleverTM Cauli-wrap in a skillet. Top with Napoletano sauce, raw baby marrow ribbons, baby tomatoes, grated white cheddar, olives and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake at 200°C until melted and golden.
2. Carb-clever spinach noodle & lemon chicken
Instead of using wheat pasta, cook WW Carb CleverTM Spinach & Cauliflower Noodles according to the package instructions. Make a dressing by mixing the zest and juice of ½ lemon, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, a drizzle of honey, and lots of black pepper. Serve the noodles with grilled chicken breast, peas, baked kale chips, and fresh mint. Drizzle with the lemon dressing and enjoy!
