Dried fruit and nut bars

Ingredients
- 50 g dried apricots
- 50 g dried mango
- 200 g raw mixed nuts
- 50 g prunes
- 100 g dates
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted

Cooking Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixture comes together and is sticky.
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper, then sprinkle with half the sesame seeds.
- Press mixture into the tin, then sprinkle the rest of the sesame seeds on top.
- Slice the mixture into bars.
- Wrap bars in wax paper and store in an airtight container.
