Ingredients
- 250 g Sabrosa strawberries
- pea shoots, fo serving
- 120 g bocconcini
- 12 nasturtium flowers, to garnish
- verjuice
- A small handful coriander, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, seeded and chopped
- 2 tbsp Wild blossom honey
- olive oil, to drizzle
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions
- Mix the strawberries, pea shoots and cheese in a bowl. Pour over the dressing ( verjuice, coriander, red chilli, honey, olive oil, and sea salt and freshly ground pepper), toss and arrange on a plate.
- Garnish with nasturtiums.
