Rump steak on oak braai planks

Ingredients
- 4 200g beef rump steaks
- 50 g butter
- 1-2 tsp hot English mustard
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, cut into 8 slices for garnishing
- 2 tsp sea salt, plus extra to taste

Cooking Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients for the butter, roll into a cylinder, cover with clingfilm and refrigerate.
- Place a water-soaked braai plank on the open flames. When it starts to smoke, place the rump on the planks and brown on both sides.
- Place a knob of mustard butter on each steak and allow to melt.
