Bircher muesli breakfast bowls

Ingredients
- to serve dried apricots
- to serve raw flaked almonds, toasted
- fresh fruit, to serve
- 1 apple, grated, to serve
- 100 g dried apples and pears, chopped
- 1 cup oat bran
- 100 ml Ayrshire milk
- 4 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 90 g Wild blossom honey
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 100 g raw almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 cup rolled oats

Cooking Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the oats, bran, almonds, dried apples & pears, sunflower seeds, honey, yoghurt and milk then mix well and refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, stir in the grated apple, then place into serving bowls.
- Garnish with fresh fruit, toasted almonds and dried apricots.
