Chia vanilla pudding

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds, to serve
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 500 ml almond drink
- 2 Tbsp Wild blossom honey
- 50 g fresh raspberries
- whipped cream, to serve

Cooking Instructions
- Combine the chia sees, vanilla, almond milk and honey in a bowl and stir well.
- Cover with clingwrap and place in the fridge to allow the chia seeds to soak and swell overnight.
- When the chia seeds have absorbed all the liquid, transfer to serving dishes then top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries and serve.
