Breakfast papaya and chocolate walnuts

Ingredients
- 100 g raw walnuts, roughly chopped
- 100 g good quality dark chocolate, melted
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 60 g coconut, toasted
- 2 cups greek yoghurt
- 2 ripe papayas, peeled, halved and seeded

Cooking Instructions
- Roll the walnuts into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place in the fridge to set. Mix the coconut with the yoghurt and fill each papaya half with the mixture.
- Scatter the chocolate-coated walnuts on top and serve
