Coconut breakfast bowl

Ingredients

  • 180 g double cream Ayrshire coconut and lime yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup CarbClever coconut and vanilla granola
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tsp good quality cocoa
  • 35 g coconut chips
  • 1 Fruit trio

Cooking Instructions

  1. Add some of the yoghurt to the bottom of a serving glass followed with some of the granola. Continue doing this until all the ingredients are used and layered.
  2. In a separate bowl combine the coconut oil and the coconut chips along with the cocoa. Top the breakfast with the cocoa coated coconut along with the trio of fruit which have been halved. 
  3. Serve immediately or set in the fridge.
