Ingredients
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 4 Free-range eggs, beaten

Cooking Instructions
- Half-fill a large saucepan with water and add the vinegar. Bring to a slow simmer.
- Crack an egg into a cup and set aside.
- Once the water is simmering, stir it in one direction to create a whirlpool effect.
- While the water is spinning, carefully drop the egg into the centre of the pan. Poach for 2 to 3 minutes and remove using a slotted spoon.
- Repeat with the remaining eggs.
- Serve immediately.
