Rump steaks with mustard butter

Ingredients
- 4 x 200 g beef rump steaks
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp hot English mustard
- 6 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 fresh lemon leaves
- 2 tsp sea salt, plus extra to taste

Cooking Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients (except the rump steaks) for the butter, roll into a cylinder, cover with clingfilm and refrigerate.
- Place a soaked braai plank on the open flames. When it starts to smoke, place the rump on the planks and brown on both sides. Place a knob of mustard butter on each steak and allow to melt.
