Stir-fried tofu in a fiery sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 x 10 cm piece ginger, finely sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp Woolworths Mamma O's premium super spicy pepper paste
  • 1 x 297 g box Woolworths firm tofu
  • 2 spring onions, halved
  • 100 g green beans
  • 150 g Woolworths exotic mixed mushrooms, sliced lengthways
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over a very high heat. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown, then remove from the pan. Do the same with the green beans and spring onions.
  2. Rub the tofu with the Mamma O’s pepper paste and garlic and fry on both sides. Add all the ingredients to the wok and toss until coated.
