Stir-fried tofu in a fiery sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 x 10 cm piece ginger, finely sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp Woolworths Mamma O's premium super spicy pepper paste
- 1 x 297 g box Woolworths firm tofu
- 2 spring onions, halved
- 100 g green beans
- 150 g Woolworths exotic mixed mushrooms, sliced lengthways
- 1 tbsp peanut oil

Cooking Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok over a very high heat. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown, then remove from the pan. Do the same with the green beans and spring onions.
- Rub the tofu with the Mamma O’s pepper paste and garlic and fry on both sides. Add all the ingredients to the wok and toss until coated.
