Gluten free pasta
Ingredients

- 2 x 250 g gluten free pasta
- 1 tbsp oregano, finely chopped
- 300 g Woolworths ready to cook frozen scallops, thawed
- 450 g Woolworths frozen ready to cook prawns, thawed
- 60 g Woolworths all pupose gluten free flour
- 50 g Gruyère cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp parsley, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Drizzle olive oil into a roasting dish before adding the prawns and scallops. Add the butter and garlic and toss together with oregano, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
- Prepare the sauce by heating the butter in a pot over a medium heat. Once melted add the gluten free flour, stir together until combined. Slowly begin adding the milk and stirring through to form a sauce. Gradually start adding the cheese while continuing to stir to prevent any cheesy lumps forming.
- Pour the cheese over the seafood before placing under the grill to cook for 10 minutes or until the cheese sauce has slightly gratinated and the seafood is cooked.
- Prepare the pasta by starting the garlic in a pan with the olive oil over a medium heat. Add the chilli flakes, and parsley before tossing the cooked pasta through then adding to a serving dish. Spoon the seafood mixture with the cheese sauce over the pasta and serve with a few basil leaves and lemon wedges on the side.
