No-bake granola bars

Ingredients
- A pinch of salt
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) smooth peanut butter
- 4 Fresh medjool dates, pitted
- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 5 Tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbls breakfast seed mix
- 1 cup Salted almonds, chopped
- 1 and a half cups raisins

Cooking Instructions
- Blend the medjool dates, peanut butter, maple syrup and salt in a food processor until a smooth paste-like consistency is achieved.
- Place in a bowl then add the oats, almonds, seeds and raisins and mix well.
- Line a 30cmx20cm dish with baking paper and press the mixture in, flattening the top.
- Place in the fridge overnight to set.
- When set, cut into bars then keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
