Amarula Malva pudding

Ingredients

  • Woolworths malva pudding kit
  • 100 ml Amarula
  • to serve, fresh cream, whipped

Cooking Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°c.
  2. Mix the malva pudding according to package instructions then pour the batter into an oven-proof baking dish.
  3. Place in the oven and allow to bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  4. In the meantime, mix the malva pudding sauce according to package instructions and add the Amarula.
  5. Allow to cook until the sugar has dissolved.
  6. When the malva pudding is cooked, remove from the oven and pour over the sauce.
  7. Allow to stand for 5 minutes then serve with cream.
