Bulgur wheat salad
Ingredients
- extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- lemon wedges, for serving
- 2 x 315 g Woolworths green pesto and bulgur wheat salad
- 85 g Woolworths organic baby leaves
- 500 g Woolworths lamb rump steaks
- 100 g Woolworths Portuguese spiced paste
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions
- Heat the oil high medium heat. Rub the spiced paste over the lamb to coat. Add the lamb to the pan and sear on both sides until medium-rare. Remove from the pan and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Add the baby leaves to a serving platter. Spoon the bulgur wheat salad over. Add the sliced lamb and squeeze over the lemon and finish with extra seasoning and extra olive oil.
