Ingredients
- 1 ltr rice drink
- 2 mashed bananas, sliced thinly or cut into rounds
- 30 ml Wild blossom honey
- 30 ml wheatgerm

Cooking Instructions
- Blend the rice milk, bananas, honey and wheatgerm in a food processor until smooth and thick.You can use any milk you like, including cow's or goat's milk. Or any of the alternative milks such as soya milk or almond milk
- Serve as a quick breakfast or tea-time treat
