Peanut butter smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 3 bananas, peeled and mashed
  • 2 Tbsp organic peanut butter
  • 85 g good-quality cocoa
  • 1 cup (optional) ice
  • dark chocolate, grated
  • peanuts, roughly chopped
  • bananas, to serve
  • strawberries,sliced, for serving

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine the bananas, peanut butter, oat milk, cocoa powder and ice, if using, in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into bowls and decorate with the toppings (salted peanuts, fresh banana, strawberries, dark chocolate chips) .
