Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese
- 200 g Taleggio cheese
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 4 Tbsp Wild blossom honey
- 50 g, toasted and roughly chopped almonds, toasted, plus extra to garnish
- 1 baguette

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the cheeses and thyme in an ovenproof dish and bake for 10 minutes, or until melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle with honey and scatter over the almonds. Serve with the baguette.
