Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups unsweetened Almond milk
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tub blueberries
- honey

Cooking Instructions
- Soak the oats overnight in the almond milk with a pinch of salt.
- Slice the apple into thin matchsticks.
- Dry fry the pumpkin seeds in a frying pan until toasty. Spoon the oats into bowls and top with the apple and blueberries. Drizzle over the honey and pumpkin seeds. Serve with Berry Beet Smoothie
