Roast artichokes with truffle butter

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Woolworths Giuliano Tartufi Truffle Cream
- Lemons, for squeezing
- salt to taste
- 4 Tbsp butter, plus extra, melted, for the tart base
- 100 ml cream
- 4 artichokes

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut off the tips of the artichokes to create a flat surface, then remove the outer leaves. Place the artichokes in an ovenproof dish, cut side up.
- Mix the truffle cream and butter, then spoon 1 heaped T onto the top of each artichoke.
- Season with salt, then roast for 30 minutes or until the outsides of the artichokes have caramelised and the leaves pull away easily. Serve with lemon juice.
