Gluten free lemon muffins
Ingredients
- 2 lemon, zested
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 2/3 cups icing sugar
- 60 g Butter
- 250 g smooth cream cheese
- oil
- 4 eggs
- milk
- 1 box free from gluten lemon poppy seed muffin mix

Cooking Instructions
- Prepare the muffin mix according to package instructions.
- Bake in the oven at 180 for 20 minutes.
- To make the cream cheese icing, simply combine the ingredients.
