Gluten-free brownies
Ingredients
- 1 box Woolworths gluten-free chocolate brownie mix
- 75 g chocolate chips
- 100 g pecan nuts, chopped
- 70 ml low fat milk
- 125 ml sunflower oil

Cooking Instructions
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 180 °C. Grease baking tin and line with baking paper.
- Pour brownie mix, chocolate chips and pecan nuts into a bowl and make a well in the centre.
- Mix oil, milk and eggs together.
- Pour into well and mix with a wooden spoon. Mix the batter vigorously for 1 minute, be careful not to over mix.
- Spoon the batter into the baking tin. Using the reverse side of the spoon spread the batter into the four corners of the tin.
- Bake for 15 to 17 minutes for soft and gooey brownies or 20 to 22 minutes for cake-like brownies.
- Remove from the oven and allow cooling for 20 minutes in the pan.
- Remove from the pan and cook on cooling rack.
- Cut into squares and enjoy.
