HOW TO USE

• Apply at the outer corner, moving toward the inner corner of the eye. 
• Blend out with Smokey Eye Brush 14. 
• Diffuse and intensify with appropriate eyeshadow using Smokey Eye Brush 14 on the top and lower lash line.  
• Can also be worn in the waterline.
