Our Goan Cook-in Sauce is an aromatic spicy tomato with green chilli and fenugreek. This curry originated from the coastal region of Goa, and is known for its vibrant blend of spices, rich aromatic spicy tomato and coconut sauce.  

HOW TO USE

• Add fresh fish, prawns, mussels or vegetables and garnish with roughly chopped fresh coriander.
• Serve with basmati rice or naan and poppadums and any pickles and chutneys.
