HOW TO USE

• Havarti is a lovely melty cheese, so use it in omelettes, pasta, quiches and on vegetable dishes.
• Take your entertaining up a notch by grating it over salads or grilling it on a baguette.
• When the days are warmer and longer, serve on a cheese board with a selection of other Woolies award-winning cheeses, with seasonal fruit and savoury biscuits. Pair it with Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay or a light-bodied Pinot Noir.
