These sardines are wild caught in the north east Atlantic, very high in omega 3 and canned in a tomato based sauce. 

HOW TO USE

• Decant from can and lightly flake sardines with a fork. 
• Serve as a starter or snack on warm ciabatta or melba toast with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. 
• Decant into a lidded, non-metallic container. 
• Refrigerate and use within 1 day.
