This Willow Creek Cabernet Sauvignon Balsamic Vinegar is handcrafted in small batches on the Estate in the Nuy Valley using only the finest available Cabernet Sauvignon wine, and aged slowly over months in oak barrels using the 500-year-old French Orleans method. This is a slow and delicate process of conversion from wine to vinegar.
HOW TO USE
- Use an accompaniment in fruit dishes, cheese platters and desserts.
- Add to poached pears and panna cotta.
- Add to spaghetti bolognese, roasted meat, salad dressing, fruit and desserts.
- For the ultimate dipping culinary coup, combine Willow Creek’s oak matured Cabernet Sauvignon Vinegar with its cold extracted Extra Virgin Directors’ Reserve Olive Oil.
