The Mardouw® XXV Medium Intensity Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a 100 % natural, moderately balanced, nutty and herbaceous extra virgin olive oil, made from Frantoio and FS17 olives. It has a a smooth, pleasant taste with a subtle combination of nutty and grassy undertones. This medium intensity Olive oil will be versatile enough to use in a variety of dishes without overpowering the flavours.
HOW TO USE
- Ideal as a salad dressing, drizzled over Italian bread, or morning toast instead of butter.
- Drizzle it on grilled fish, roast vegetables or stir fries
- It makes an excellent mayonnaise
- Olive oil is sensitive to air, light, temperature and humidity
- Add flavour to pasta dishes
- Do not refrigerate.
- Store in a cool dark place
