This bottle-fermented and lees-matured sparkling wine is a blend of traditional French grape varieties and is named in honour of the once practised tradition of night-harvesting at Krone. It has a creamy, fine mousse and shows expressive aromas of baked golden apple and almonds. Refreshing lemon curd and subtle marzipan flavours fill the palate. A sophisticated Méthode Cap Classique which is charmingly drinkable, fruity and which is generous with a satisfying touch of sweetness.
