• Add to olive oil for a marinade paste. 
• Stir through couscous, vegetable or bean dishes to add flavour.

RECIPE SUGGESTION

Roasted Chicken Wings 

• Ingredients:
  • 600 g Free range chicken wings 
  • 2 tbsp Harissa spice 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • Salt, to taste
• Method: 
  • Preheat the oven to 200 C
  • Coat the wings in Harissa spice, oil and salt (optional) 
  • Roast for 30 minutes until golden brown
