Our free range Pekin duck has been cleaned and trimmed of excess fat and skin.

There are many different species of duck, of which the most popular are the Muscovy duck and the Pekin duck. We have chosen the Pekin duck, which is known for its fine and delicate flesh.

HOW TO USE

• Oven roast for 90 minutes
• Rub duck with salt and pepper and chinese five spice.
• Roast then serve as a whole bird, or pull the meat off the bones and serve with hoisin sauce, pancakes, julienne carrots, cucumber and spring onion.
• Create a glaze with orange juice, honey, cinnamon and ginger and baste the duck several times while it is roasting.
• Delicious served with steamed rice and a simple green salad.
