Fresh and vibrant, this Chablis has aromas of green apples, lemon zest, spring flowers, and characteristic flint and chalk notes. Chablis can be enjoyed year-round, and pairs well with pork, rich fish, shellfish and mild, soft cheeses.

In honor of the monks of the Obédiencerie who were the first to produce wine in the 9th century in the Laroche cellars, this Chablis is elaborated after a careful selection of terroirs in order to preserve its genuine style.
