HOW TO USE 

• Use as a meal. 
• Place the container upright in warm water or uncapped in a microwaveable container and place in the microwave for 20 seconds. Replace the cap and shake well. 
• Test temperature and serve. Do not reheat.

• Once opened close cap and refrigerate. use within 24 hours.
