Our India Inspired Korma Spice Blend is an earthy, aromatic blend of spices with cardomom. Originally prepared for Mughal royalty in India, Korma has evolved into a comforting dish known for its fragrant cardomom flavour notes and versatility with meats and veggies.

RECIPE SUGGESTION

Chicken Korma Recipe

• Ingredients: 2 tbsp oil, 50 g butter, 400 g chicken mini fillets, cut into 2 or 3 pieces, 2 ½ tbsp spice, 1 cup WW double cream yoghurt, 1 small tin Woolworths coconut cream, 30 g cashew nuts, roasted and chopped (optional), ½  tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped (optional), salt to season
• Method: Fry the spice and chicken in the oil and butter on a medium heat for 5 minutes. On low heat, stir through the yoghurt and coconut cream for 5 minutes. Return to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes. Do not boil. Stir through the cashews and coriander, if using, and season with salt.
