HOW TO USE

• Aubergine, chicken or vegetables
• Serve with basmati rice or naan and poppadums and any pickles and chutneys. 
• Oil will separate on standing, stir through before use. 
• Ready in 10 mins on stove top

RECIPE SUGGESTION

Aubergine Jalfrezi

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil; 1 medium-sized aubergine, sliced lengthwise into thick strips; 1 small yellow pepper, sliced lengthwise into strips; 1 small red pepper, sliced lengthwise into strips; Fresh coriander to garnish (optional)
• Heat oil to medium-high heat in a pan. Add the aubergine and stir-fry for 5 minutes.  Add the peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the contents of the jar of sauce. Rinse the remaining sauce with 100 ml of water and add this to the pan. Reduce heat to medium and cook (lid off) for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Add the spice blend and cook for a further minute. Season to taste. 
• Alternatively, replace aubergine with Woolies Free Range Chicken breast fillets.
• Serve with basmati rice, poppadoms and freshly chopped coriander, with any of the Woolworths pickles or chutneys of your choice.
