HOW TO USE

• For Breakfast: Serve 40 g with approximately 125 ml of milk. Add yoghurt and or fruit salad.

• Add to a Smoothie: Combine ½ a cup of milk and yoghurt, 1 small apple and or other fruit, 40 g FUTURELIFE® GRANOLA CRUNCH Smart food™ and cinnamon to taste in a blender, and blend until smooth.
