The Chaloner® Olive and Chilli Marmalade is small batch cooked and made with Mission Olives and a blend of herbs and a touch of chilli. The bare minimum of unrefined brown sugar is used to provide a preserve that has a naturally olive fruit taste.

HOW TO USE

• Pairs beautifully with artisanal breads lathered in butter or drenched in olive oil.
• Add it to charcuterie boards, cheese platters and breakfast spreads.
