Coelsanus Non-Pareilles Caper Berries offer a delightful balance of sharp, tangy flavour with a hint of floral aroma. These capers are the immature flower buds of the Capparis spinosa bush and are hand-picked at their peak for the most intense flavour.  "Non-pareilles" refers to their small size, meaning "without equal" – these are the tiniest and most desirable capers
